Terms of Sale and Website Use

Zialed is operated by Natures Right LLC (“Zialed,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These terms govern purchases from zialed.com and use of our website. Contact us at zialedpouches@gmail.com.

1. Eligibility and acceptance

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to purchase our products. When you accept these terms during the purchase process, you agree to the version presented to you. Keep a copy for your records. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

2. Orders, prices and payment

Review your selected products, quantities, purchase type, shipping address and total before submitting an order. You authorize payment for the amounts disclosed at checkout. Prices, applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown before purchase. An automated order receipt acknowledges your order; acceptance occurs when we confirm shipment. We may decline or cancel an order for unavailability, suspected fraud, legal restrictions or a material pricing error. We will notify you and refund any payment collected for items we cancel. We will not charge a corrected higher price without your agreement.

3. Product information and use

Read the label on the product you receive and follow its directions, ingredient information and warnings. Our products contain caffeine unless expressly identified otherwise. Website ingredient information is general educational information, not personalized medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional about suitability or interactions. We do not promise a particular experience or performance result. This section does not excuse inaccurate product descriptions or limit responsibility for defective products.

4. Shipping, returns and product concerns

Available delivery options and charges are disclosed at checkout. Delivery estimates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed; statutory delivery and cancellation rights still apply. Return eligibility and procedures are described in our Refund Policy. Contact zialedpouches@gmail.com before sending a return so we can provide instructions and the correct address. Contact us promptly about damaged, defective or incorrect products. A delay in contacting us does not waive rights that cannot legally be waived. These terms do not reduce any applicable refund promise or statutory remedy.

5. Optional subscriptions and promotions

A subscription is created only if you separately select and consent to a recurring purchase. The price, discount, billing frequency and cancellation terms disclosed when you enroll govern that subscription. Accepting these terms alone does not authorize recurring charges. You may request cancellation through your subscription management link or by emailing zialedpouches@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; orders already processed remain subject to the Refund Policy and applicable law. We will provide notices and obtain further consent where required for changes. Promotions are subject to the eligibility, expiration and combination restrictions disclosed with the offer.

6. Warranty disclaimer

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AND EXCEPT FOR OUR EXPRESS PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS, WRITTEN WARRANTIES AND OTHER EXPRESS COMMITMENTS, WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WEBSITE FUNCTIONALITY IS PROVIDED AS AVAILABLE, WITHOUT A PROMISE OF UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE ACCESS.

This disclaimer does not exclude any warranty or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable California consumer warranties. Your statutory rights remain in effect.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL ECONOMIC LOSSES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR PURCHASES, INCLUDING LOST BUSINESS PROFITS OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

This limitation does not apply to personal injury or death, defective-product liability, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, gross negligence, willful misconduct, violations of law, or any liability or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. It does not limit refunds owed, express warranties or statutory consumer remedies. Some jurisdictions do not permit particular exclusions, so those exclusions may not apply to you.

8. Privacy and lawful website use

Our Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal information. Shopify hosts our store; your purchase is from Natures Right LLC. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security, submit fraudulent orders or infringe others’ rights. Website materials belong to us or their respective owners and may not be commercially reproduced without authorization. Nothing here restricts lawful honest reviews or reports to regulators.

9. Disputes and governing law

California law and applicable federal law govern these terms, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections available under the law that applies to you. You may contact us to seek a resolution, but doing so is not a prerequisite to exercising your legal rights. These terms do not require arbitration and do not waive class actions, jury trials, small-claims proceedings or remedies available in a court with jurisdiction.

10. Changes and severability

The terms accepted for an order govern that order. Later changes will not retroactively alter earlier purchases or existing disputes. We will identify revised versions by effective date and provide notice and obtain acceptance where required. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
