Report a product issue or unwanted reaction
Stop using the product if you experience an unwanted reaction. Seek medical advice; for an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number. Do not wait for a reply from customer support.
Email zialedpouches@gmail.com with the subject “Zialed product issue.” If available, include:
- Product and flavor, lot/batch number and expiration date.
- Order number or where and when you purchased it.
- When the issue occurred and a brief description.
- Your preferred contact information so we can follow up.
You do not need every detail to contact us. Please do not email medical records, identification documents or payment details. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Returns and subscriptions
For a return, contact us before mailing any product. We will provide the applicable return instructions and address. See our Refund Policy.
To request a subscription cancellation or help with an upcoming order, email us with the email used for the order and your order number. Do not send card details.
